目前,很多廣電機房沒有使用機房專用空調(diào)(常被稱為精密空調(diào),恒溫恒濕機),而是廣泛應(yīng)用普通舒適性空調(diào)。與機房專用空調(diào)比較,舒適性空調(diào)問題如下:

- 舒適性空調(diào)出風溫度過低,會導(dǎo)致在出風口附近空氣中的水蒸汽飽和凝結(jié)出水滴,對附近的用電設(shè)備造成很大危險。
- 舒適性空調(diào)風量過小,不適合計算機設(shè)備的高熱密度的發(fā)熱特點,無法驅(qū)除機房的“熱島效應(yīng)”。
- 舒適性空調(diào)溫度調(diào)節(jié)精度過低,溫度調(diào)節(jié)精度為±3~5℃,溫度的波動對設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運行極其不利。
- 舒適性空調(diào)沒有濕度控制功能。舒適性空調(diào)無法進行濕度控制。沒有加濕功能,只能進行除濕,在冬季甚至過度除濕,濕度過低產(chǎn)生的靜電極易產(chǎn)生設(shè)備故障。
- 舒適性空調(diào)過濾能力無法達到機房標準。舒適性空調(diào)只具備簡單的過濾功能,其過濾器的過濾效果根本無法達到機房的要求。機房專用空調(diào)嚴格按照0.5 微米/升<18,000(B級)設(shè)計,配合以每小時30次的風量循環(huán),保障機房潔凈。
- 舒適性空調(diào)在北方地區(qū)無法實現(xiàn)低溫(室外)運行。一般標稱-5℃以下即無法制冷和加熱,而機房是發(fā)熱量很大的區(qū)域,即使在冬天也需要對設(shè)備進行降溫。
- 舒適性空調(diào)維護量大,舒適性空調(diào)長期應(yīng)用在非設(shè)計工況下,故障率高,能效比不斷下降,越來越耗能。機房專用空調(diào)按照全年長期運行設(shè)計,維護量小。
- 舒適性空調(diào)在機房內(nèi)應(yīng)用,壽命短。在365天/24小時應(yīng)用的情況下其壽命一般不超過3年(機房專用空調(diào)的設(shè)計壽命一般為連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)10年)。
- 舒適性空調(diào)耗電量大,機房專用空調(diào)選用的工業(yè)等級壓縮機能效比高達3.3。而舒適性空調(diào)目前業(yè)界選用的高等級壓縮機能效比約2.9,同時考慮到其他設(shè)計差異,如顯熱比指標,舒適性空調(diào)比同容量的機房專用空調(diào)多耗電20%-30%,不僅增加使用成本,也浪費能源。
以上舒適性空調(diào)的問題,將影響機房設(shè)備的安全運行,增加機房運行成本,需要應(yīng)用機房專用空調(diào)予以解決。

四、機房環(huán)境(機房專用空調(diào)解決方案)建設(shè)推薦案例 (Computer room environment (the solution for special air conditioning) recommended case)
某廣電IDC中心機房,建筑面積705.6平方米,層高 4.3米,按照功能的要求分為A區(qū)、B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū),第一消防分區(qū)為A區(qū),第二消防分區(qū)為B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)。如下圖:

考慮建筑熱負荷及設(shè)備(計算機等)熱負荷, A區(qū)所需冷量不小于210KW, B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)所需冷量不小于190KW。在這個方案中,如果考慮應(yīng)用舒適空調(diào),以5P為例,即使不考慮備份,也需要32套,應(yīng)用中無法達到IDC機房需要的溫濕度、潔凈度標準。同樣中央空調(diào)也無法實現(xiàn)這個IDC機房的空氣調(diào)節(jié)要求。合理的機房專用空調(diào)應(yīng)用及設(shè)計方案,才能滿足機房環(huán)境建設(shè)的合理性、安全性、可擴容性。此IDC機房空調(diào)方案分析如下:

- A區(qū)機房采用4 臺機房專用空調(diào)產(chǎn)品81UA(其中1臺備用),單臺機組可制冷量為.77.3KW,可提供總冷量為309.2KW ;B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)機房采用4 臺65UA機組(其中1臺備用),單臺機組可制冷量為66.6KW,可提供總冷量為266.4KW,以上推薦配置機組均能完全滿足機房冷負荷的要求,并均實現(xiàn)3+1備份,任意機組故障或維護,其它機組正常工作,保障系統(tǒng)安全性。
- 空調(diào)機組采用下送風形式,單機送風風量為 15680 立方米/h,主用機組工作實現(xiàn)IDC機房換氣次數(shù)30.96次,符合IDC機房設(shè)備換熱特點以及風量設(shè)計要求。
- 室外冷凝器按當?shù)卣帐彝猸h(huán)境溫度配置;
- 空調(diào)機組通過智能通訊接口,直接接入環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)遠程及本地監(jiān)控。
- 空調(diào)機組自帶漏水報警器,對機組附近可能發(fā)生的漏水情況進行實時監(jiān)測及報警。
